Gus Vincent Soto was born in Miami, Florida and is a graduate of Miami Senior High School. He obtained a B.S. degree in Finance with honors in 1981 from Florida State University. He is a graduate of the Florida State University College of Law having received a J.D. in 1984. Mr. Soto has been representing injured clients for over 14 Years. Mr. Soto has participated as a lecturer at numerous Florida Bar sponsored seminars and has lectured at the board certification review course for attorneys studying to take the board certification exam. Prior to becoming a personal injury attorney, Mr. Soto was a partner at a large state-wide defense firm for 8 years. During that time, he gained invaluable experience representing insurance companies. Mr. Soto is a member of the Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers and a member of the Trial Lawyers section of the




Florida Bar. In addition, Mr. Soto is a member of the American Bar Association. Mr. Soto is fluent in Spanish.

Danielle Tharpe is a long time Florida resident. She graduated with honors from Florida State University in 1996. She obtained her law degree from the Florida State University College of Law in 2000. Ms. Tharpe has practiced personal injury law since joining Soto & Tharpe in 2006. Prior to joining Mr. Soto to form Soto & Tharpe, Ms. Tharpe was an associate at a large state-wide defense firm. She has represented injured parties and insurance companies, and employers. She prefers representing injured individuals because they need help when dealing with insurance companies. Her experience representing insurance companies gives her insight for effectively representing injured individuals and negotiating settlements. Ms. Tharpe has spoken at numerous seminars providing information and updates on the law.

William D Hall (Of Counsel) was born in born Decatur, Illinois on August 4, 1953. He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 1980, He is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court, Middle District of Florida; U.S. District Court, Northern District of Florida and U.S. Court of Appeals, 11th and 5th Circuits. Mr. Hall graduated from the University of South Florida (B.A., 1976); and obtained his law degree from Florida State University in 1979. While at Florida State, he was the president of the Student Bar Association. He has been a frequent lecturer on auto accident law and accident Litigation in Florida. He is a member of the Florida Bar; Florida Trial Lawyers Association and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. Mr. Hall is Board Certified as a civil trial lawyer by the Florida Board of Legal Specialization and Education. He is also board certified in civil trial law by the National Board of Trial Advocacy.
